CONCERNING THE SOCIAL ASPECT
We provide solutions for people, men and women who buy, use and maintain our machines on a daily basis. The idea is to provide, in addition to a technical solution, answers in terms of:
- Handling comfort (turner),
- Ergonomics of the workstation by automating arduous tasks to enhanced comfort in the working environment and avoid MSDs (musculoskeletal disorders),
- Sound level management,
- Hygiene through dust extraction at the source and waste treatment,
- Workstation safety.
CONCERNING THE ENVIRONMENTAL ASPECT
In order to avoid the production of effluents, SPALECK Industries is involved in “clean” production activities and develops eco-responsible dry finishing solutions without the use of chemicals and without the discharge of sludge and wastewater. Like the SPK AERO range which uses a recyclable corn cob-based degreasing process with high absorbency.
A global approach is currently being conducted with regard to clean technologies, but also concerning new solutions for recycling used consumables. The idea: create a closed waste reprocessing cycle and, more broadly, deploy the eco-responsible approach as much as possible.
CONCERNING THE ECONOMIC ASPECT
Solid and durable, our solutions are based on these two criteria. The operating cost is taken into account in our marketing process. Our economic model is based on reducing consumption (raw materials, water, energy, abrasives, etc.).
